Wonby helps contractors create, send, export, and track customer proposals. You are responsible for the accuracy of proposal content, pricing, taxes, legal language, licenses, and customer communications created through the service.

You may not use Wonby to send unlawful, misleading, abusive, or unsolicited messages. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account, connected providers, and billing settings.

Paid credits, subscriptions, refunds, and cancellations are handled through the billing provider shown at checkout. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, Wonby is provided as-is and liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the prior three months.

Plans described as unlimited are subject to fair use: they cover the ordinary proposal volume of a single business operating through the app. Automated, programmatic, or resold usage, or volume far beyond normal business activity, may be rate limited or require a custom agreement.
