AI credits are consumed by AI actions: extracting details from notes, generating a proposal, and regenerating a proposal or section. Exporting, sharing, and emailing an existing proposal do not consume credits. Plans with unlimited usage are not metered. Subscription plans renew through Stripe until cancelled.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Duplicate charges, failed service delivery, or accidental purchases should be reported with the account email, charge date, and Stripe receipt ID.

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically remove client or proposal data from your workspace.
