Wonby stores account details, company profile information, client records, proposal content, public link events, usage events, and billing status needed to run the product.

Authentication is handled by Firebase. Application data is stored in Supabase. Optional providers such as OpenAI, Resend, and Stripe process the data required for AI drafting, proposal email delivery, and billing.

Public proposal links are token-scoped. Anyone with an active, unexpired token can view and respond to that proposal until the contractor revokes the link or the link expires.

To request export or deletion of workspace data, contact the workspace owner or support email associated with the account.
